These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website and consultation services. By accessing or using

our services, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you

must not use our services.

2. Scope of Services

Ask A Pro provides virtual plumbing consultation services. These consultations are provided remotely via video call,

phone call, or written response. Services include:

- Remote diagnostics and troubleshooting

- Blueprint and plumbing design review

- Fixture, piping, and equipment recommendations

- Local plumbing code insights (non-binding)

- Guidance for do-it-yourself (DIY) projects

- Pre-inspection guidance for residential and light commercial plumbing systems

3. Eligibility

To use our services, you must be at least 18 years of age and possess the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts.

The advice provided during your consultation is based entirely on the information and visual evidence you provide. Ask

A Pro and its consultants cannot physically inspect the plumbing systems, and therefore any advice is hypothetical and

for informational purposes only.

We are not responsible for:

- Any damage or loss resulting from implementation of advice

- Local plumbing code violations

- Injury or property damage

- Misuse of materials or tools

- Incorrect installation methods

Consultation does not create a contractor-client relationship. All users are advised to verify information with their local

code authority or a licensed plumber in their jurisdiction. Use of our service is strictly at your own risk.

5. Payment Terms

All consultations must be paid in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept:

- Major credit/debit cards

- PayPal

- ACH transfers (for recurring or business clients)

Refunds will be issued only if:

- A consultation is canceled with at least 24 hours' notice

- Technical issues on our side prevent completion

- The consultant fails to show up

No refunds will be issued for dissatisfaction resulting from disagreement with provided advice.

6. Payouts for Subcontractors

Subcontractors providing consultation through Ask A Pro agree to the following payout terms:

- Payments are issued on the 1st and 15th of each month

- Subcontractors are responsible for their own tax reporting and filings

- All work is performed as an independent contractor, not an employee

- {company_name} reserves the right to adjust payment in cases of disputes, no-shows, or incomplete consultations

7. Scheduling, Cancellations, and Rescheduling

Clients must cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance to be eligible for a refund or reschedule. Late

cancellations or no-shows will result in forfeited fees. Consultants are permitted to reschedule for emergencies or

technical issues and will provide alternative times promptly.

8. Confidentiality and Privacy

We take privacy seriously. No audio, video, or images from your consultation will be recorded or shared unless legally

required or explicitly authorized. All client information is kept confidential and used solely for the purpose of the

consultation.

9. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to:

- Use hate speech or abusive language

- Record or redistribute consultation content

- Impersonate another person or provide false information

Violation of these rules may lead to suspension or permanent termination of your access to our services.

10. Intellectual Property Rights

All materials, advice, documentation, drawings, and images provided during consultations remain the intellectual

property of Ask A Pro. Clients may not duplicate or distribute the content without written permission.

11. Indemnification

By using our services, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Ask A Pro, its consultants, affiliates, and

partners from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising out of or related to your use of the service or

implementation of consultation advice.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed under the laws of the State of Florida, USA. Any disputes arising from these Terms or

services rendered shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Brevard County, FL.

13. Changes to Terms

Ask A Pro reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of changes via email or website

notification. Continued use of services following changes indicates your acceptance of the updated Terms.
